Troj/Haxdoor-DW is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
Troj/Haxdoor-DW runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer.

- stealth its files, processes, registry entries and services
- prevent itself being terminated
- prevent itself being deleted
- disable other software, including anti-virus, firewall and security related applications

The file avpx32.sys is registered as a new system driver service named "avpx32", with a display name of "AVPX TCP" and a startup type of automatic, so that it is started automatically during system startup. Registry entries are created under:

The file avpx64.sys is registered as a new system driver service named "avpx64", with a display name of "AVPX64 TCP". Registry entries are created under:
