Troj/GrayBir-EW is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
Troj/GrayBir-EW includes functionality to
- access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.
- download, install and run new software.

The file delme.bat is clean and can be deleted. All other dropped files are also detected as Troj/GrayBir-EW
The file 39672EA4.EXE is registered as a new system driver service named "39672EA4", with a display name of "39672EA4" and a startup type of automatic, so that it is started automatically during system startup. Registry entries are created under:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\39672EA4
