The following steps should typically help you track down the Sophos Cloud activation email:
- If it hasn't been more than 10 minutes from registering, we suggest you wait a few more minutes.
- Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from Sophos. Occasionally legitimate emails do get blocked.
- Attempt to re-register.
