- Commercially reasonable efforts in accordance with Sophos’ standard business practices.

Note:
- To prevent managed computers showing in Enterprise Console as "Comparison failure" for the Anti-Virus policy, it is important to enable the Windows component "Management and Monitoring Tools" before installing Sophos Endpoint Security and Control.
- If Sophos Endpoint Security and Control is installed on the computer before enabling the Windows component "Management and Monitoring Tools", one of the following would need to take place:
- Uninstall and re-install of the Sophos Anti-Virus component.
- Sophos Endpoint Security and Control would need to perform a major version upgrade (e.g. 9.7 to 10.2).
- A downgrade of Sophos Endpoint Security and Control followed by an upgrade for the installer to re-assess if the SNMP component of the "Management and Monitoring Tools" is enabled.
- The Sophos Anti-Virus service will fail to start on installations of 9.7.x if the "Management and Monitoring Tools" component is not installed.
