Enterprise Console reports are available via the 'Report Manager'. Using the Report Manager, you can quickly create a report based on an existing template, change configuration of an existing report, and schedule a report to run at regular intervals, with the results being sent to your chosen recipients as an email attachment. You can also print reports and export them in a number of formats.

Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)

Enterprise Console

How do you open the 'Report Manager'?

Either click the 'Reports' icon in the console's toolbar...

Or from the drop-down menu, select 'Tools' | 'Manage Reports'...

What reports are available?

We provide a number of reports that you can use out of the box or configure to tailor your needs. These reports are:

  • Alert and event history
  • Alert summary
  • Alerts and events by item name
  • Alerts and events by time
  • Alerts and events per location
  • Endpoint policy non-compliance
  • Events by user
  • Managed endpoint protection
  • Updating hierarchy

Did you know that: After you select the desired group in the console, then filter the computers using one of the various views, you can Ctrl+A to select all of the information displayed and then copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) into a spreadsheet so the information can be made into a report with charts etc.

More information

For more information select 'Help' | 'Sophos Enterprise Console Help' from inside the console.  Then from the left-hand tree expand 'Generating Reports'.

Advanced reporting

For more advanced reporting learn about the Sophos Reporting Interface (SRI).  To learn how to directly output information from the Sophos core database (which can be used for reporting) see article 34657.
