What to do
This problem may be due to IIS not running.
- Check the Sophos PureMessage services to make sure they are all started and can be re-started OK.
- Then try to do an IIS reset: at a command prompt, type
- Press Return.
- If this fails, the problem is with IIS and not PureMessage. Contact Microsoft for assistance.
