What to do
- In the PureMessage console, select Users and Groups|Active Directory.
- In the Active Directory dialog box, click the 'Synchronize Now' button. Synchronization will take place and the new user will be recognized.
- If you wish, you can now also do one of the following
- select the Automatic synchronization option.
- set the Scheduled synchronization to take place more frequently.
This can occur when you add a new user to Exchange/Active Directory and Active Directory synchronization has not yet occurred.
