After upgrading to Sophos Mobile Control v 2.5, the Customer Wizard is no longer listed in the Start menu

Issue

Following an upgrade of Sophos Mobile Control v 2.0.x to v 2.5, the Customer Wizard is no longer listed in the Start menu.

Sophos Mobile Control 2.5.0

Cause

As of Sophos Mobile Control 2.5, the Customer Wizard is now located in Sophos Mobile Control web console. To access it, you need the super administrator login.

What To Do

  1. Using the super administrator login credentials, log in to the Sophos Mobile Control web console.
  2. From the Dashboard you can add a new customer. For details of how to do this, refer to knowledgebase article 117833.
