Super administrator cannot delete Sophos Mobile Control customer

Issue

You cannot delete a customer from the Sophos Mobile Control web console. The red X for deletion is missing.

Cause

You can only delete a customer if no devices are registered for that customer.

What To Do

  1. Log in as a super administrator and from the drop-down on the dashboard, select the customer you want to delete from the server.
  2. Delete all the devices listed for this customer.
  3. Go back to the dashboard and select your super administrator account again.
  4. You can now delete the customer.
