When attempting to upload or download a document, scanning times out and the browser displays an error message. It does not specify that timeout has occurred.
You may see one of the following messages:
- In the Virus Found window:
The installed virus scanner is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
- You may see an error in the Error window:
Exception from HRESULT: 0x80041054
This can occur if you have configured a short timeout duration in the settings for On-access|Anti-Virus Settings|Timeout duration, especially if you are trying to download a large document.
