PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange: mail is not delivered to Blackberries

Issue
Emails are not being delivered to Blackberries since installing or upgrading to PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, version 3.0.1

Operating system
Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2

What to do

  1. In the PureMessage Console, on the left-hand side, click Configuration.
  2. Select System, and in the central panel click Routing.
  3. In the list of Mail domains, add the Blackberry Mail Domains if they are not already present. To add the domains, enter everything after the '@' symbol in the email addresses. 
  4. Click OK, and then click the 'Save changes' icon on the right of the screen.
  5. Click on Email Tagging and remove ALL ticks (checks) from the Email Tagging panel. 
  6. Click OK, and then click the 'Save changes' icon on the right of the screen.

The Blackberries should now receive emails.
