Blackberry users receive duplicate copies of incoming emails. These may be exact copies, or they may have a winmail.dat attachment.
This issue may also be seen on other non-Microsoft email clients.

What to do
- In the PureMessage console, go to Configuration, System, E-mail tagging
- Disable all email tagging (Subject tags and X-headers).
- Send a test email. The Blackberry user should receive just one copy.
