PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange: internal email delivered to drafts folder, not inbox

Issue
After installing or upgrading to PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, version 3.0, internal email that should be delivered to the Inbox in Outlook 2003 is delivered to the Drafts folder instead.

What to do

The following workaround will turn off Email tagging in PureMessage:

  1. Click Configuration|System|'Email tagging'.
  2. In the Email tagging window, deselect all the options.
  3. Click OK.
