PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange 3.0: 0xc0000005 error when following quarantine link

Issue
You cannot access the quarantine website from digest links. When you go to the website, you receive errors:

Unable to access next n messages from core: -1073741819 (0xc0000005) error

Sophos product and version:
PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange

Operating system:
Windows 2003

What to do

Go to Windows Services and restart the Sophos PureMessage Web Agent service. The website should now be accessible.
