After a fresh installation of PureMessage for Windows/Exchange has been performed, although emails have been quarantined, users do not receive digests informing them that their emails have been quarantined and are available for release.
What to do
- Open the PureMessage for Windows/Exchange console.
- In the console tree, select 'Quarantine'.
- Choose the 'Housekeeping' tab, and select 'Quarantine Digests'.
- In the 'Send digests on' section, set the times for PureMessage to use for processing digests.
