Digests are not sent to users

After a fresh installation of PureMessage for Windows/Exchange has been performed, although emails have been quarantined, users do not receive digests informing them that their emails have been quarantined and are available for release.

What to do

  1. Open the PureMessage for Windows/Exchange console.
  2. In the console tree, select 'Quarantine'.
  3. Choose the 'Housekeeping' tab, and select 'Quarantine Digests'.
  4. In the 'Send digests on' section, set the times for PureMessage to use for processing digests.
