The username and password for updating Sophos Mobile Security, your Sophos Mobile Credentials, can be found on the Sophos Licence Schedule. This will have been sent to you either by email or in the post.
If you cannot locate your licence, which contains your username and password, email customerservice@sophos.com, including the full company name and address (with zip code/postcode) of the licensed site.
