Issue
After downgrading from Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux v9, Remote Management System may stop running. This causes the client to stop reporting it's status to Sophos Enterprise Console.

What To Do
To resume communications with Sophos Enterprise Console, RMS must be restarted. Run the following command: /etc/init.d/sav-rms restart
RMS will now continue to function as normal.
