Issue
When in the 'Update managers' view in the console, having selected an Update manager from the list available and then selecting from the drop down menu: 'Actions | Encryption Recovery' you see the following error:

Cause
The menu option 'Actions | Encryption Recovery', when in the 'Update managers' view, should not be enabled.
What To Do
- Re-launch the Enterprise Console.
- Move to the 'Endpoints' view in the console and select 'Actions | Encryption Recovery'.
Avoid selecting this menu option when in the 'Update managers' view.
