Issue
When selecting the 'Cleanup' button, from the 'Resolve Alerts and Errors' window in the console, for a detected item of malware the routine starts working but then times out with the warning:
Cleanup timed out (started <date> <time>)
If you try a second time then you may see the error message saying:
None of these alerts can be cleaned up.

Cause
The file(s) detected no longer exist on the computer.
What To Do
- Clear the item from the Resolve Alerts and Errors window by selecting the item and then clicking on the 'Acknowledge' button.
- Rescan the endpoint to allow any items still present to be re-alerted in their current location.
- Cleanup any items that appear.
