Issue
When you start SafeGuard LAN Crypt Administration 3.61 for the first time after upgrading or installing the following error message is displayed:

Using scripting API returns the error LCAPIERR_DB_ERROR (3) in function LogonSO.

Background information
The automatic database setup and table creation is no longer supported. This is in order to avoid problems with missing administrative rights. (Up to version 3.60 the database tables were automatically created and /or adjusted when the administration was called for the first time.)

If you are user with database administrator rights you must use the special commandline tool CreateTables.exe prior to the first start of administration. This tool allocates the database tables.
If you try to call the Safeguard LAN Crypt Administration for the first time without using CreateTables.exe you will get following error:

Fatal database error: Open failed or missing rights! if you have not created a database please do so now. Please contact your database administrator.
