How can I solve this problem?

Answer

The attempt to read data from a drive failed. If this error occurs during the installation of Sophos SafeGuard Disk Encryption, make sure that physical hard disk “0” includes the start partition.

Protection or virus programs can prevent access to certain drives too; turn them off during the Installation of Sophos SafeGuard Disk Encryption.
