How to proceed when this error occurs?

Answer

When running SGEInteg prior to the migration with the parameters '/r' or '/r /d', following error message appears:

Path problems successfully fixed (if any)
ERROR: CRAREA could not be restored
ERROR: Filter Driver not found!



In case that an Emergency Decryption was performed or the Sophos SafeGuard Disk Encryption Filterdriver Subsystem has been modified by a 3rd party application, the Sophos SafeGuard Disk Encryption filterdriver cannot be found anymore by the subsystem.

Please uninstall and perform a reinstallation of the product.

Hint: For the case that an Emergency Decryption took place, you should always save your data prior to any repair operations.
