These SafeGuard Enterprise features have been modified in version 5.50 to improve the user experience.

What To Do

The following have been modified:

1. Reduced logon delay:

Password delay in all SGN components has been reduced to exponent 2 instead of 3 as in previous versions.

2. Lengthened Challenge/Response timeout time:

To simplify helpdesk tasks, the timeout has been increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. A configurable option is being considered for a later release.
