What To Do

  • Check the SafeGuard Enterprise Client installation log file. If it contains the following error, please check which version of Lenovo Rescue and Recovery is installed on the client:

    - Day Month DD HH:MM:SS: SGN-BE: Error occured = 4294967291

  • SafeGuard Enterprise only supports specific versions of Lenovo's Rescue and Recovery. Check the knowledgbase article 108383 Supported versions of Lenovo Rescue and Recovery to find out which SafeGuard Enterprise version supports which version of Lenovo's Rescue and Recovery.
