Issue
SafeGuard Enterprise: Creation of Master Security officer stops with message 'Error during enumeration of certificates'.

Background
This issue may be seen in an environment where you have previously uninstalled the SafeGuard Enterprise Server and the SafeGuard Enterprise Management Center, and are now restoring the SafeGuard Enterprise Server. When you attempt to create an MSO, creation stops with the message 'Error during enumeration of certificates'.

During the removal of the SafeGuard Enterprise Server and Management Center the 'local certificate' store may have been only partly removed. If the Security Officer certificate is now re-imported into the certifcate store, the process fails.
