Question

Is it possible to run Windows and Linux on one machine using the SafeGuard Easy TwinBoot option to start either one of the operating systems? (Only the Windows partition should be encrypted.)

Answer

Actually, the operating system itself (Windows) does not display Linux partitions, meaning that no drive letters will be assigned.

SafeGuard Easy uses the operating systems view for installation. As Windows does not display the Linux partitions, they will not be available for selection for setting up TwinBoot.

Note: The TwinBoot installation option of SafeGuard Easy supports Windows 2000 and Windows XP as platforms.
