The SDE subsystem doesn't allow more than 5 logon attempts. Restart the computer to start this application again
SDE may have been uninstalled and then reinstalled without rebooting the computer between procedures. To resolve this problem:
On the affected computer, check whether the SGECTL service is started. If it is not started, try to start it. If it starts, try to run the Sophos Disk Encryption Administration. If it won't run, proceed to step 2.
Check the path to SGECTL.EXE in the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SgeCtl]
