PureMessage fails to process messages after the server is rebooted

Issue

After restarting the server running PureMessage for Exchange, the PureMessage activity monitor on the SMTP tab stopped updating.

Pressing 'Start' does not resolve the issue and email are not received since the server restart.

Cause

The PureMessage services fails to start correctly (or in the right order) after the last reboot.

What To Do

Set the Sophos PureMessage Running Object Table (ROT) service to manual. When the Sophos Puremessage service starts it will also start the Sophos PureMessage Running Object Table (ROT) service too.
