What To Do

vShield is intended to be a full replacement for existing client based anti-virus products and therefore they are not designed to co-exist.

All Anti-Virus products must be removed from the guest virtual machines prior to the deployment of the vShield driver and SSVM,

Please follow the removal instructions as per the anti-virus vendors guidelines to remove the guest software. Sophos Anti-Virus removal instructions can be found here.
