What To Do
The following steps should typically help you track down the Sophos Cloud activation email:
- If it hasn't been more than 10 minutes from registering, we suggest you wait a few more minutes.
- Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from Sophos. Occasionally legitimate emails do get blocked. The activation email comes from the address: 'email@example.com'.
- Check article 121670 which details if there is any scheduled maintenance is being performed that would prevent activation emails being sent.
- Attempt to re-register.
If after following the above suggestions you still are unable to find the activation email we suggest you contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
