Issue
When running DataBackupRestore.exe you receive the following error message:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {2C5339F1-B8D3-4D40-9245-E68E0F8C6380} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

Cause
The user account you are running DataBackupRestore.exe as is not a member of the Windows group 'Sophos Console Administrators'.
What To Do
Add the user you are currently running DataBackupRestore.exe as to the Sophos group 'Sophos Console Administrators' you will then be required to log off and back on before retrying the command.
