From 14 May 2012 we are changing the design and functionality of our product download pages. The products and packages that are displayed when you go to the downloads page will reflect exactly those that you are licensed for, and these will now be displayed in an expandable tree structure so that you can easily select the item that you need.
What to do
As before, in order to download a package, you will be required to log in using your MySophos account. If your MySophos account is not linked to your license credentials, you will be prompted for your credentials before you can proceed to the downloads page.
If you have purchased more than one product set, you will have separate credentials for each of these. Once you get to the downloads page, it will clearly list which packages are available to you within each product set.
