PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange installation fails with error 0x80005000.
This occurs if you log on as a user in an OU which contains a '/' character, for example, Systems/Network Engineering

What To Do
Log on as a user of an OU which does not contain a '/' character, the two logical options being:
- Move the current user to a different OU.
- Log on as a different user in a different OU.
