What To Do

Failure (805306435) usually indicates that the account used for the SGN Scheduler Service has insufficient rights to write the synchronization log file to the default location.



The logFileName path is set to "c:\synclog.csv" by default. To change the location that the log file will be written to, in Task Scheduler, select Properties... | Edit.
