When you have several email applications installed on a mobile device only one application receives emails. What is the reason for this behavior?

Every email application on your Android device which uses Active Sync has a so called "Active Sync ID".
Sophos Mobile Control (SMC) only saves one Active Sync ID for a device. This means that any additional Active Sync IDs are blocked and mails are not transferred.
Therefore, we recommend that you only use one application for email communication on a mobile device.
