A scheduled scan or on-demand 'Full System Scan...' (triggered from the Enterprise Console) is canceled by an end user (who is a 'Sophos Administrator).
What To Do
- Right-click computer(s) or computer group, and select 'Resolve Alerts and Errors'. Example:
- Move to the 'Errors' tab, select the error(s) and click 'Acknowledge'. Example:
