Analyzing client-server communication issues in SafeGuard Enterprise

Issue

Communication between the SafeGuard Enterprise client and server seems to be broken. Indications include:

  • Policies are applied in the Management Center but they are not applied on the client.
  • User initialization does not work.
  • POA remains in autologon mode.
  • The invoke test fails.
  • Clients do not report back to the Management Center.
