What to do

There is an automatic synchronization after login or the configured connection interval.

However, if you want to force a synchronization, you can trigger it as follows:

1. Using the tray icon

The user has to right-click the SafeGuard Enterprise tray icon and choose "Synchronization"

2. Using the command line tool SGMCmdIntn.exe

Open a command prompt and run the following command:

SGMCmdIntn.exe -s

3. Restart the SafeGuard Enterprise Transport Service

Run "services.msc" and restart the "SafeGuard(R) Transport Service".

This can also be done using the net stop and net start command.

Please note that the service cannot be restarted with "user" rights.
