SafeGuard LAN Crypt Administration: after starting it displays the error 'invalid column name CO_Timestamp statement(s) could not be prepared'

Issue
When you start LAN Crypt Administration it displays the error:

invalid column name CO_Timestamp statement(s) could not be prepared

 

This error message means that a timestamp column no longer exists in the database.

What to do

  1. From the Install directory on the product CD copy Createtables to your local machine, for example on to the C drive.
  2. Go to Start | Run, type cmd and change to the C drive.
  3. Type createtables <ODBCName> <Databasename, for example m for MicrosoftSQL and o8 for Oracle8> < t > this will add the timestamp column, for example, Createtables SGLCSQLServer m t

 

For further information, at the command prompt type createtables.
