SGE 1241 during installation

During the installation of SafeGuard Easy, the installation process seems to hang or rolls back. In the SafeGuard Easy installation logfile, the error SGE 1241 has been logged. How can this issue be solved?


Solution 1:
Please run defrag and chkdsk (SGI: 107081).

Solution 2:
Check whether IBM/Lenovo's Rapid Restore is installed on the same machine. If yes, temporarily deactivate Rapid Restore and start the installation of SafeGuard Easy again.
