BOSTON - November 16, 2010 - Global IT security and data protection firm Sophos today announced that Senior Security Advisor Chester Wisniewski will be presenting the latest malware threats impacting organizations at SC World Congress Data Security Conference and Expo the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, ON, Canada on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 3:15pm ET.

SC World Congress offers practical solutions, advice, and suggestions to chief information security officers in both the private and public sector to help them thwart cyber-attackers, protect critical corporate and customer assets, and comply with industry and government regulatory mandates.

Chester Wisniewski's session, titled "The Changing Threat Landscape: 2010 and Beyond" will walk attendees through two recent malware attacks to provide a better understanding as to how these attacks work, the potential damage that may result in unprotected infrastructures, and how organizations must have a security strategy in place to combat these threats. The session will be followed by Q&A with an IT security practitioner who will discuss the impact of these threats and what organizations must do moving forward to protect our digital assets. The Q&A will be moderated by Program Director Eric Green of SC World Congress.
