Sophos named to Everything Channel’s 2009 Annual Report Card

IT Security and Control firm Sophos today announced it has been named to Everything Channel's 2009 Annual Report Card (ARC), with wins in two categories - Product Innovation and Support. For 24 years, the ARC Awards have recognized outstanding partner programs and superb vendor service. The ARC awards were held at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, August 19 during the XChange '09 conference at the Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, DC.

Sophos has been recognized by both the channel community and the media for its Partner Program commitment and for its feature-rich, simple to manage security and data protection solutions. The success of the co-selling program is attributed to effectively collaborating on initial customer engagements and evaluations through to post-sales support and services. The program offers competitive margins - with an emphasis on ensuring bottom-line margin preservation - deal protection programs, customized marketing campaigns, personalized online training and certification programs , streamlined sales processes via an automated online pricing, quoting, and ordering system from a single portal and provides technical support assistance.

Winners in 18 major product categories were selected by Everything Channel's editorial team, based on the survey results of more than 5,000 systems integrators, IT consulting organizations, value-added resellers (VARs), solution providers and software developers.
