Anniversary of 100 percent channel strategy marks strong momentum for Sophos

Boston, Mass. - September 4, 2008 - In May, more than 450 Sophos Partners worldwide participated in a survey conducted by an independent consulting firm. Sophos's North American partners offered praise and revealed high satisfaction for the company's overall channel program; strength of product offerings; ease of conducting business; and technical support. Additionally, when asked why they elected to do business with Sophos, partners cited the company's complementary solution offerings; extremely competitive margins; and high potential for sales lead generation.

These survey results underscore a period of channel program achievements and accolades for Sophos, including:

  • Increased revenue growth for Sophos channel partners. Q2/08 revenue growth for the top 10 percent of Sophos partners increased 122 percent from Q207, while average revenue growth for all Sophos partners rose 89 percent from Q207
