announces the availability of SAV Interface for Cavium Networks'
(NASDAQ:CAVM) OCTEON multi-core MIPS64 processor family. By making
Sophos Anti-Virus's scanning engine available for these processors,
OEM vendors using Cavium's high-performance network hardware can
safeguard all network traffic from the latest viruses, worms,
Trojan horses and spyware.

resource-efficient scanner. SAV Interface uses innovative
technologies such as Behavioral Genotype to provide protection
against both known and previously unseen "zero-day" threats.
Sophos can protect Linux-based operating systems using Cavium
