Sophos's small business solution was awarded Editor's Choice by
ITPro.
Sophos
Anti-Virus SBE 2.0, Sophos's integrated protection solution for
small businesses, has won the prestigious "Editor's Choice" award
in a comparative test conducted by ITPro.
ITPro tested McAfee Active VirusScan SMB Edition, Symantec
AntiVirus 10.2, F-Secure Anti-Virus Small Business Suite and Sophos
Sophos Anti-Virus Small Business Edition 2.0. The review concluded
that Sophos offered "an outstanding all-round anti-virus product
that combines solid detection with regular updates and
straightforward management - all without imposing on the user."
Sophos received the maximum rating of six stars out of six, and
the title of "Editor's Choice".
"Sophos is recognized as the clear alternative to McAfee and
Symantec for small businesses and enterprises who want to defend
their networks from security threats," said Graham Cluley, senior
technology consultant for Sophos. "Sophos offers not only the best
in customer service and technical support, but also delivers to
businesses a first class defense against malware attack."
Sophos's solutions for small businesses are no stranger to
accolades from independent testing laboratories. Last month it was
announced that PC Pro had recommended
Sophos Security Suite as "an effective all-in-one solution that
provides protection for small businesses from hackers, adware and
viruses."
Sophos
Security Suite SBE 2.0 provides all-in-one protection against
