IIA re-appoints Sophos's Rob Forsyth to Board of Directors for 2006

The Internet Industry Association (IIA) today announced that
Rob
Forsyth, Sophos Asia Pacific Managing Director, will continue
as a Director on the Association's Board. The appointment was
announced at last night's IIA Annual Gala Dinner in Sydney,
Australia, which was attended by 450 industry and government
representatives.
The IIA, Australia's national organisation for internet content,
commerce and connectivity, provides policy input to government and
advocacy on a number of business and regulatory issues. The IIA
aims to promote laws and initiatives which enhance access, equity,
reliability and growth of the internet industry within
Australia.
Rob Forsyth was the Managing Director for Australia and New
Zealand for the past three years and was recently promoted
to the role of Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
