Sophos retains position as number one security vendor for customer satisfaction
For the second consecutive year, VNU's ImageTrak survey has
rated Sophos as the top brand for customer satisfaction in the
security market.
Sophos has a higher rate of customer
satisfaction than any other security vendor.
The ImageTrak Business IT Survey was sent to 65,000 readers of
IT Week, Computing & Financial Director. Each security vendor
was scored against five satisfaction criteria - quality of support,
ease of integration, manageability, reliability and return on
investment. Sophos was rated very highly throughout and was classed
as either the No. 1 or No. 2 brand consistently ahead of key
competitors, McAfee, Symantec and Trend Micro.
Sophos was rated very highly for customer support and return on
investment. The quality of its products were illustrated by high
ratings for ease of integration, manageability and reliability. All
these are areas which enterprises see as paramount when it comes to
security.
The findings of the survey also show that Sophos continues to be
perceived by the public as a trusted market leader.
