Sophos, a world leader in protecting businesses against spam and viruses, announced today that Sophos PureMessage has been chosen by leading Croatian ISP IskonInternet to protect its 60,000 users from viruses and spam.

IskonInternet evaluated virus and spam protection solutions from several vendors. After extensive testing it selected Sophos's award-winning solution to protect their customers against the flood of viruses and spam, and now provides industrial-strength anti-virus and anti-spam protection free of charge to all of its users.

Sophos PureMessage is a comprehensive, flexible email management solution which enables companies to take greater control of their email traffic by protecting against spam and viruses in multiple language mail streams. PureMessage includes threat reduction feature which can help prevent companies from being infected from previously unseen email-aware worms.
