Sophos named as finalist in Computing Awards for Excellence
Sophos
has been shortlisted for the title "Vendor of the Year" in the
Computing Awards for Excellence, due to be presented in
October.
Sophos is the only security vendor to be nominated in the
prestigious "Vendor of the Year" category, and joins Cisco, EMC,
HP, and IBM in the shortlist chosen by an independent panel of
experts.
The awards, sponsored by Vodafone, Computeach, UK Online for
Business, BuyIT and Network Appliance, recognise and reward the
highest levels of individual and collective achievement in the UK
IT industry.
The awards will be presented at the Annual Gala Dinner on
Wednesday 15 October at Battersea Park Arena, Battersea,
London.
