Sophos support - the best in the business

Sophos's technical support department has received a glowing endorsement from its customer base in the company's annual global customer satisfaction survey.

Over 1000 customers completed the survey, rating the global Sophos support team highly for their depth of product knowledge, overall helpfulness, problem solving capabilities and after hours service.

In particular, customers were asked to compare the quality of Sophos's technical support team to that offered by other anti-virus vendors.

The results were conclusive.

A colossal 83% of respondents felt that Sophos's technical support was superior or far better than offerings from competitors.

In total, over 99% of customers felt that Sophos's support was as good as or better than that offered by the competition.
